If you had one week to make your mark on Roblox… what would you create? Follow four Robloxians as they build, compete, and innovate during Hack Week 2022 in this four-part docuseries.
///
It takes a lot of work to create a series like this. The crew and I spent five days following four Roblox employees on their journeys to build, compete and innovate at the company. Not including the countless hours of planning to execute the necessary coverage needed to document a series like this. AND all the post-production editing!
This series was a lot of long hours and hard work but I’m proud of what we created.

Over the past five years, SJ Walls, formerly known as POW! WOW! San Jose has grown into a premiere art festival with a line up and experience that rivals some of the best in the world. Much more than a multi-day festival, SJ Walls is also a vehicle to celebrate San Jose’s past, present, and future creative culture.
In 2020, the GRPC and SJ Walls joined forces with a shared vision to use the Guadalupe River Park and Trail to enhance the existing public art and create the Bay Area’s longest public art corridor.
The joint benefits of public art and open spaces function as a catalyst to foster community resiliency, attract park users, spark inspiration, and promote social healing.
To date, SJ Walls has produced over 70 murals and visual art installations throughout San Jose, with a focus on overlooked places in the city. Their goal? To strengthen community ties by bringing local and worldwide contemporary art to San Jose.
These series of short films document their journey in creating the Bay Area’s longest public art corridor.

When you walk into Jackie’s Place, the aroma of fried chicken, mac and cheese and baked potatoes wafts through the air and you know instantly you are in soul food heaven.
Despite having opened late last year, dozens of people filter in and out of this small restaurant in San Jose's Japantown hoping to get a quick taste of Jackie Jackson’s magic.

Days after a deadly wildfire ravaged Sonoma County, a family sitting at an In-and-Out Burger in Rohnert Park, California, recognized their home from the footage of burned-out buildings playing on a laptop.
They had just returned from a visit to their house in Santa Rosa’s Coffey Park neighborhood, a square-mile of middle-class homes and friendly neighbors. Their two-story house is completely destroyed. They watched NBC Bay Area's footage while eating dinner.
The family was emotional as they looked at the charred remains of their home.
